That’s why we search the world – from the coops of Ethiopia to the small, single-family farms of Costa Rica – to find the most flavorful and unique beans around. Once they reach our roasterie in Saint Paul, a dedicated team of coffee nerds spend their days roasting, blending and testing to create coffees that enliven the senses and taste their best. We deliver beans the day after they’re roasted, ensuring the freshness of every brew and pull of espresso . It’s what we’re all about. and we think that’s pretty cool
